My Mr. Steam generator died after 25(!) years. Jeff walked me through each of my options over several phone calls as I narrowed what was possible and what wasn't, given the unique characteristics of my house. After the initial order (which arrived in just a few days), two components of the overall package needed to be returned for different versions. Jeff happily took them back and sent the substitutes right away.
