Warranty and FDA / NSF Compliance

WARRANTY:
Filtration System Warranty Policy: One year on Entire Unit* for a period of one year the manufacturer will replace or repair any part of the Filtration Unit which we find to be defective in operation because of faulty materials or workmanship. The manufacturer is not responsible for freight and local labor charges. Caution: Filter must be protected from freezing, which can cause cracking of the filter and water leakage.

Manufacturer shall under no circumstances be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages owing to misuse of the goods. Manufacturer makes no warranty of fitness or merchantability and no other warranty, oral or written, expressed or implied, except as specifically set forth herein.

Standard industry warning related to all water filtration product reads as the following: The contaminants or other substances removed or reduced by this water treatment appliance are not necessary in your water. Performance may vary based on your local water conditions and your usage. To confirm the presence of any contaminants, have your water supply analyzed by an independent and approved facility. Not intended for use where water is microbiologically unsafe or with water of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the unit. To ensure proper operation, follow operational procedures. Filter maintenance schedule and useful life will vary and must be replaced as necessary, as determined by usage and local water conditions.

FDA and NSF Compliance:
Please be advised all the materials and components utilized in producing these drinking water systems without exception comply with one or more of all regulating standards. Most of these standards relate to the Federal Regulations of the United States of America, Title 21, Chapter 1, Subchapter B set forth by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards correlate to materials and potable water.
