MrSteam Limited Warranty

Sussman-Automatic Corporation hereby extends to the original consumer purchaser of its MrSteam® RESIDENTIAL STEAMBATH, Models MS65 through MSSUPER6 ("MrSteam® Products") a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the term indicated below.

This warranty is only valid on MrSteam® Products purchased and used in the United States of America and Canada. This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser and does not apply to MrSteam® Products purchased prior to April 1, 2000 or to any MrSteam® Products which are used for any non-residential or commercial purpose. This warranty is subject also to the terms set forth below.

One Year Warranty
Sussman-Automatic Corporation will repair or replace (at its option) a MrSteam® Product if the MrSteam® Product fails to conform to this warranty. This warranty period commences on the date the MrSteam® Product was first purchased by the original consumer purchaser. All warranty work will be performed without charge when the MrSteam® Product is returned to the location designated by Sussman-Automatic Corporation within one year of the date of purchase in accordance with the terms and conditions noted below.

Steam Generator Lifetime Parts Warranty
If more than one (1) year has expired since the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser, Sussman-Automatic Corporation will repair the steam generator provided that the original consumer purchaser pays for all labor costs incurred in connection with such repair as this warranty is limited to the steam generator parts only. There will be no charge for replacement parts for the steam generator other than labor. Warranty work, as stated, will be performed when the MrSteam® Product is returned to the location designated by Sussman-Automatic Corporation in accordance with the terms and conditions noted below.

The Steam Generator Lifetime Parts Warranty excludes operating controls, automatic drain valves, and steam heads.

Other Terms and Conditions and Exclusions
To ensure expedient processing of any warranty claim, a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) is to be obtained by the original consumer purchaser and prominently shown on any correspondence or packages. Returns made without a MRA will not be processed. To obtain a MRA, call 1-877-SAUNA80 (1-877-728-6280).

The original consumer purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. All MrSTEAM® PRODUCTS returned pursuant to an MRA must be shipped freight prepaid.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) identifying the model number and serial number must accompany all warranty claims.

This warranty does not apply to MrSteam® Products which are used outside of a home, apartment, or the like, and does not apply to repairs or replacements necessitated by any cause beyond the control of Sussman-Automatic Corporation including, but not limited to, any malfunction, defect, or failure caused by or resulting from unauthorized service or parts, improper maintenance and/or problems arising due to local water conditions, operation contrary to furnished instructions, shipping or transit accidents, modification, or repair by the user, abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect power line voltage, fire, flood or other Acts of God.

The foregoing is in lieu of all other expressed warranties and Sussman-Automatic Corporation does not assume or authorize any party to assume for it any other obligation or liability.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED HEREIN AND SPECIFICALLY LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE IS EXCLUDED. THE DURATION OF ANY WARRANTIES WHICH MAY BE IMPLIED BY LAW NOTWITHSTANDING THE PREVIOUS SENTENCE (INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS) IS LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUSSMAN-AUTOMATIC CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OWNERSHIP OR USE OF ANY MrSTEAM PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY DELAY IN THE PERFORMANCE OF ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS WARRANTY DUE TO CAUSES BEYOND ITS CONTROL. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

MrSauna Limited Warranty

MrSAUNA heaters are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials in accordance with this limited warranty. NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, WRITTEN OR ORAL APPLIES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.) No person is authorized to grant any other warranty or assume any liability except via written statement signed by an officer of Sussman-Automatic Corporation, Long Island City, N.Y.

Residential Installations
MrSauna warrants its heater against product defects and workmanship for 60 months plus 30 days from the date of the corresponding Sussman invoice. Such warranty is for factory labor and materials for the initial 12 months, and for parts, replacement, or repair for the balance of the warranty period. To qualify for warranty protection, product or part(s) must be returned to a Sussman facility as directed. (See Requirements for Processing)

Commercial Installations
Heaters installed in a commercial or non-residential facility such as a health club, hotel, motel, apartment building, country club or day spa, are warranted against defects in workmanship for 12 months plus 30 days from the date of the corresponding Sussman invoice. Such warranty is for authorized labor and materials for the first three months and for replacement of parts or product only for the balance of the warranty period. To qualify for warranty protection, product or part(s) must be returned to a Sussman facility as directed. (See Requirements for Processing)

Requirements for Processing
Product or parts returned must be accompanied by a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA). Such authorization may be obtained by calling (800) 767-8326 in New York or (800) 727-8326 in Inglewood, CA. Return the defective part or product, freight prepaid to MrSauna Division of Sussman-Automatic Corporation, 9410 S. LaCienega Blvd., Inglewood, CA 90301, or to Sussman-Automatic Corporation, 43-20 34th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101.

Limitations
MrSAUNA HEATERS MUST BE INSTALLED, OPERATED AND MAINTAINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED. FAILURE TO FOLLOW OUR INSTALLATION, OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES OR THE USE OF UNAUTHORIZED PART(S) AUTOMATICALLY VOIDS THIS WARRANTY. Users are responsible for suitability of the products for their application. There is no warranty against damage resulting from misapplication or improper specification or other operating conditions beyond our control or parts that are normally expendable in the usual course of operation. Claims against carriers for damage in transit must be filed by the buyer.

SUSSMAN-AUTOMATIC CORPORATION IS NOT LIABLE FOR LABOR OR OTHER COSTS INCURRED IN REMOVAL, REINSTALLATION, OR UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
