1.  All returns are subject to a 25 % restocking fee, plus freight both ways.
2.  No items are to be returned without a return authorization number.
3.  No product will be accepted after 15 days  
4.  Product must be returned in it's original box in perfect resalable condition.  (no exceptions)
5.  Items can not be returned once installed. Item has to be in new uninstalled resalable condition
6.  Order cancellation fee: 8% (3% credit card fee and 5% administration fee)
7.  Sauna Rooms and Speakers are non-returnable
8.  Any shortages or missing items must be reported within ten days from date of delivery
9.  All special order items are non returnable. no exceptions.
