         A steam bath refreshes - deep cleans and moisturizes the skin for a healthy glow. It relaxes tight, overworked muscles and reduces aches and pains in joints. It relieves congestion. It rejuvenates the body, and revitalizes the mind. It conserves water too - an average steam bath consumes less than one gallon. A personal steam bath is an affordable luxury that will improve the quality of your life in ways you can only imagine.

The Amerec Difference
         Amerec steam bath generators features "whisper quiet" operation and "cool touch" steam heads to ensure that each steam bath you enjoy is a safe and pleasurable experience. Surface temperature of the steam head does not exceed 125°F, reducing the risk of burn.

         For more efficient installation, Amerec's "Space Saver" feature allows either left or right side plumbing connection. Stainless steel tank construction provides years of trouble-free operation, while standard manual drains or optional automatic flush and drain systems offer longer generator life. The heating elements are removable for easy and economical service.

It's Easy
         . . . to convert a conventional shower into a personal steam bath. The compact generator may be conveniently installed in a nearby cabinet, closet, or other unused space up to 20 feet away from the steam room enclosure. Plumbing and electrical connections are similar to those of a common residential water heater.

Added Advantage
         Multiple Amerec generator units may be connected to provide a sufficient volume of heat for larger enclosures (up to 1350 cubic feet), or for smaller steam rooms with hard-to-heat surfaces such as glass, marble or natural stone. These efficient multi-unit systems are operated as a single unit with one set of controls - a unique feature offering installation flexibility.

There's no question our Finnish and Roman ancestors were on to something when they began the traditions of saunas and steam baths.  The Finns used saunas primarily to rejuvenate the body after hours of manual labor.  For the Romans, the steam bath was an opportunity to socialize with friends.
